In short: XXXX VPN is free for your personal use and is paid for by ads. Use it lawfully, don't abuse the servers or the ads, and know that the service comes as it is: servers can change, slow down or go offline.
These terms are an agreement between you and Viorta, an independent developer, about XXXX VPN: Private Browser (Android, package com.xxxx.vpnsecure). By installing or using the app you accept them. If you don't, please uninstall it.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. The app, its code, design and text remain ours or our licensors'.
The VPN service
The app connects you to VPN servers provided by our infrastructure provider. The list of servers and countries, their speed and their availability can change at any time, and a server may be removed or go offline without notice. We don't promise a particular speed, location or uptime, and the service may not work on every network or in every country.
A VPN protects your connection between your phone and the server. It does not make you anonymous, and it does not let you break the law or the rules of the websites and services you use.
Pro servers and ads
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Pro servers unlock one at a time for 60 minutes after you watch one rewarded ad, which is always optional; if no ad is available, the server unlocks anyway. Unlocks have no money value and cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred.
Private Browser
The Private Browser deletes its session when you close it. You are responsible for the websites you visit and the files you download. Websites shown in the browser belong to their owners, not to us.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the app or its servers for anything unlawful, including fraud, spam, hacking, or sharing content you have no right to share;
- attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the servers or other users;
- resell, share or provide access to the VPN servers as a service to others;
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
- generate fake ad views or taps, or tamper with the ads in a way that breaks the app.
We may limit or block access to the service if it is being abused.
No warranty
The app and the VPN service are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them running well, but we don't promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure against every threat, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Viorta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app or the VPN service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what data is processed when you use the app, by us and by our providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published at this address with a new effective date, and applies from that date.
